At the beginning of 2026, our brand new Academy with an LMS (learning management system) will be launched here.

Why?

We want to be increasingly recognised as trustworthy and practice-oriented experts and partners in the field of management systems and product certification. In doing so, we are committed to the following statements:

• We stand for effective, meaningful and practised management systems
• We demonstrate the value of management system standards. ISO 9001 in particular is often misunderstood.
• We support and empower our customers in developing their understanding of quality
• We accompany our customers on their path to certification and provide them with targeted support in the form of appropriate training courses, even after certification
• We want to continuously promote the professional skills of our customers' management and employees and expand their knowledge.

What do we offer?

This includes the following formats in 2026. Further formats may be added in 2027.

NEW: E-learning nuggets (short learning units)

The focus is initially on standards such as eduQua:2021 and ISO 9001:2015, already with the new content from the new ISO 9001, which will be published in 2026 (current status is the DIS, not the final approved version). The learning units or nuggets are kept short and concise (10-15 minutes) and are usually aligned with the chapters of the standard, featuring interactive elements and our expertise. They can be easily purchased online and accessed on e.g. a mobile phone whenever the customer has time. New nuggets will be added continuously in 2026.

NEW: Free online ERFA events with experts

We have compiled interesting topics on various areas. The recordings of the events held are made available free of charge.

In-house training

These are proven and popular topics such as internal audits, management review, HACCP and others, which we offer in-house to our customers.
