Objectifs
The objectives of the course are to
  • Improve control on ISO 9001 elements that generally generate most difficulties: e.g processes, indicators, management review, management of competences, satisfaction monitoring, internal audits, …
  • Bring, thanks case studies and standard answers, simple, efficient and directly transposable concept, models and tools
  • Improve the management system return on investment and the confidence and expectation level placed in it Engage the turn towards best practices

You can begin the course when you wish. The course is permanently open. You have 4 months at your disposition to finish the course. You choose the place from which you want to study, the only thing you need is a computer with an internet connection. You adapt your learning schedule according to your personal preferences.
